BABY I'M YOURS The Backstreet Boys sang this song a capella for Sonia Benezra in an interview back in 1996. This was one of the songs the boys sang for record companies while in search of their big break. The original singers of this song are a group called Shai.

BY MY SIDE This song was collaboratively written by AJ Mclean and Nick Carter. The supposed story behind this song is the following: one night following a concert, Nick started nagging AJ. In response to this, AJ burned some of Nick's comic books. After a lot of yelling, etc, the two boys finally reconciled and decided to write this song.

IF I EVER FALL IN LOVE AGAIN These songs are all the a capella songs that the boys have sung during all their concerts in the past 5 years. Most of these songs gave them their start so in tribute to the originators, they sing them.

I LIKE TO GET IT These songs are all taken from the Backstreet Boys' demo tape that they gave to various production agencies to land a record deal. These songs are all old, taken back from 1993, when the guys first started.

QUIT PLAYING GAMES (ITALIAN VERSION) This song was recorded in the spring of 1998 while the guys were in Europe for the benefit of their Italian fans.The only members who recorded this song were Howie, Kevin, and AJ. The background vocals were copied off of the English version of QPG and recorded with the new Italian vocals. Howie sings the first verse, Kevin sings the second verse, and AJ sings the same pre-chorus he sings in the English version.

MY HEART STAYS WITH YOU
I'LL BE THERE FOR YOU The following songs are found on the new "I Want It That Way" single that has been released in countries across the world. The United States, however, will not get this single. The first two songs are the different versions of "I Want It That Way". The version that is entitled album version is the one found on the single and will be the one found on the album come May 18th. The second version is the unreleased demo version that made it on the radio airwaves for a bit but then disappeared all together. The last song is the B-side song of the single. B-sides are songs that will NOT make it onto the album, but, rather, will only be released with the singles.

I WANT IT THAT WAY (A CAPELLA CLIP) This is a recent clip shown on April 18th, 1999 of the Backstreet Boys singing "I Want It That Way" live on the German show "Sorpresa".

WHAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE This song has not yet been released. It's a sneak preview of one of the songs that will be a future B-side to a forthecoming single.

IF YOU KNEW WHAT I KNEW The songs are included on the imported "Larger Than Life" single. A US release date for the single has yet to be announced. The extended version is the one that is heard on the music video. The instrumental version is a non-vocal mix of the extended music video version. And finally, this new song "If You Knew What I Knew" was co-written and co-produced by AJ Mclean.
